Transparency, diligence, and partnership are the three things that really stick out in my mind during our home shopping/selling experience with Luke. He compiled an impressive amount of info on just about every listing we explored, and throughout the entire process, kept refining the search and eventually found a home for us that we absolutely love. Additionally, he did a fantastic job helping us list and sell our home in a matter of days, and maximized the value we got out of it. It would be very hard to find a more honest, authentic, and down to earth agent than Luke.

He was extremely responsive and did a phenomenal job at matching our communication styles. He was sincere and honest throughout our entire home sale and purchase process. He was patient, professional and resourceful. He really made our move easy - no hassle, no undue stress, no unexpected issues - he was upfront about everything and set realistic expectations - super important, as we bought a house and sold a house during the COVID pandemic and while being over 6 months pregnant. We toured our future home on a Friday evening, submitted an offer Saturday morning, received acceptance of that offer on Sunday, listed our old house on Tuesday, received three above asking price offers, and sold the house on Thursday. Luke made everything easy and got us more money than we'd ever expected!! Luke is amazing!

Additionally, his wife Nicole is an outstanding photographer and can truly represent any home in a great light. The images of our property were professional quality, and greatly helped in the sale of our home.
